When you cross your t’s and dot your i’s on those closing papers, you’re signing up for much more than a new home: you’re preparing for a whole new mode of life. Though on paper you may be the proud new owner of one lush yard, a white picket fence, and 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned paradise, you’re also the proud new resident of a neighborhood: a network of other singles, couples, and families living in HOA-inspired harmony.
Arguably, the community surrounding your home is just as important as your new home itself. From the layout of the streets to the available green space to the sense of togetherness, each neighborhood is unique in its design and functionality. So what really makes a neighborhood stand out among the rest? We believe the best neighborhood amenities provide year-round fun to parents, singles, kids, and retirees alike! If you think this sounds impossible, we’re about to blow your mind a little bit.
