Originally from Oakland, California, Mark Watson lived in Japan before moving to San Antonio as a child and has made the city his home ever since. His servant-hearted nature and connection to people are deeply rooted: for example, in middle school he worked clearing out houses, landscaping, and completing various handyman tasks, and found great pleasure in those he met along the way. Mark has an extensive background in sales and naturally connects with and helps others. He entered real estate with a wholesale brokerage, experience that taught him the ins and outs of finding off-market deals and running numbers for investments such as flips and rentals.
