KW considers contribution and giving essential to a person’s well-being. We simply aren’t complete without a community, and the will to give back to our community has led to the founding of several distinct organizations and events.
Hearts and Hands
Hearts and Hands is a not-for-profit organization established by KW Heritage associates to give back to local charities aligned with the mission and values of Keller Williams Realty. In 2024, Hearts and Hands reached their biggest milestone yet: more than $1 million dollars donated to local charities in San Antonio!
It is staffed entirely by volunteers who wish to selflessly serve their community. It provides leadership and volunteerism opportunities for those wanting to serve. The majority of their monies are raised through fund-raising events and individual donations which then are returned to other charities in the greater San Antonio area. Recipients include Methodist Mission Home, Leukemia-Lymphoma Society, Any Baby Can, Warrior Family Support Center, Returning Heroes Home, Respite Care Center, San Antonio Food Bank, Animal Defense League, Ransomed Life and many other charities in the greater San Antonio area.

Agents Helping Agents
Agents Helping Agents is an assistance program for KW Heritage associates facing extraordinary life challenges.
AHA hosts an Annual Margarita Pour Off, a charity event sponsored by many of the Signature Services Vendors and KW Agents to raise money for local KW agents in need, as well as cancer research. With more than two dozen margarita booths, live music and auctions, it is an extraordinary event that has changed lives and offered hope to associates facing cancer treatment, sudden loss, and illness. KW has taken a stand that associates will not face these life challenges alone, and AHA, as well KW Cares, Sharing & Caring, and Hearts & Hands are the embodiment of that culture.

RED Day: Renew | Energize | Donate
Every May, KW Associates around the world dedicate the second Thursday to community service.
Thousands of associates don their red t-shirts and get out of the office to “give where they live,” leaving a lasting impact on their communities and neighborhoods. Since the first RED Day in 2009, KW agents have given nearly a half million hours of community service in this annual event alone. KW San Antonio projects have included the San Antonio Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Morgan’s Wonderland, South Texas Blood and Tissue Center, Graffiti Wipe Out and others.
