As a Texas native, and a San Antonio resident for the last 27 years, I am keenly familiar with the local flavor of the real estate market. I have unique experiences in the market over the last few years of “dabbling” – I purchased a foreclosure in 2020, and flipped it 2 months later, giving me experience in those 2 unique transactions. Soon after, I purchased a property in Bandera, Texas and turned it into a successful short term rental property, giving me that niche experience as well. I’ve recently purchased a second short term rental property in Rockport I am always excited to share these experiences with anyone who is interested in that particular arena of real estate.
