Teachers make great real estate agents! I’ve heard this repeatedly from brokers I’ve spoken to, and as a recently retired San Antonio teacher with extensive experience, I aim to prove it true. As a Texas native and a San Antonio resident for many years, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. My recent experiences include purchasing a foreclosure in 2020 and flipping it just two months later, which gave me valuable insight into those transactions. I also bought a property in Bandera, Texas, turning it into a successful short-term rental, and have recently acquired a second rental property in Rockport.
