Wayne Ramirez

Wayne Ramirez brings decades of experience in the finance, mortgage, and insurance sectors, offering a wealth of knowledge to his clients. As a licensed real estate agent in Texas for over 10 years, Wayne’s expertise provides a unique perspective, guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions with confidence. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Wayne has also served on the San Antonio Board of Realtors Finance Committee, further solidifying his professional presence in the industry. In addition to his real estate work, Wayne is deeply involved in the community, currently serving on the CCHS Alumni Board and as a member of the Jefferson Neighborhood Association. Wayne is a proud graduate of Central Catholic High School, Texas A&M University, and Our Lady of the Lake University, where he earned a B.B.A.. He and his wife of over 30 years are the proud parents of four children and have six grandchildren.
