Teri Toth

Teri Toth is a licensed Realtor in her hometown of San Antonio, where she has been making waves in the real estate market, achieving over $12 million in production in 2019. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast, Teri balances her passion for real estate with her love for barre and spin classes. An Army Veteran and proud mother of two boys, she understands the unique challenges faced by military families, having been a military spouse herself. Teri's husband, Rich, retired from the Army in 2016 after 29 years of service. With her certification from the Texas Veterans Land Board, Teri is dedicated to assisting Veterans in purchasing land or homes through the grant program.
