Since 2013, Ryan has worked in multiple real estate industry fields, spending the majority of his time with the second-largest national Real Estate Investment Trust (AMH) as well as Orchard Real Estate. He has helped finalize over 1,150 home value assessments, executed over 520 home renovations, and managed over 1,250 homes in the San Antonio/Austin area. Working for large institutional real estate companies has provided Ryan with a unique perspective gained from handling a significant quantity of homes and home transactions on both macro and micro levels.
