Roz McCumber

As the spouse of a United States Marine, Roz has extensive experience in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. After serving her community as a middle school teacher, she transitioned her passion for education and service into the real estate field. Her background as an educator has instilled in her a deep appreciation for stable home environments and a strong commitment to advocating for families. Roz aims to leverage her personal experience with military relocation and her educational background to help clients find their ideal homes. Her strengths—Listening, Attention to detail, Negotiation, and Determination (L.A.N.D)—allow her to be an effective advocate for her clients. As a San Antonio native, she possesses extensive knowledge of the area and the market, enhancing her negotiation skills. Her goal is to make the home buying or selling process enjoyable for her clients while embodying the values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional client service as a proud member of the Keller Williams Heritage Family. Outside of her real estate work, Roz enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, who is currently attending college at UTSA.
