During that time, he developed strong skills of communication, negotiation and problem-solving. Each experience reinforced the importance of listening deeply to understand people’s concerns and treating every individual with respect. In 2001, Ronneil founded Sea Hare Aquatics, a family-owned, boutique aquarium shop nestled in the heart of the Hill Country. His local business has been consistently recognized for its positive impact on the community and bringing a fresh perspective to the industry of school, residential and commercial aquarium installations. He knows the neighborhoods, the school districts, and the hidden treasures in the market that influence buying decisions. He is committed to leveraging this knowledge to get the best results for his clients. Outside of real estate, Ronneil demonstrates his passion for the community by serving as a youth leader for his local church as well as a Texas Conference Drum Corps Director. Under his leadership, the drum Corp celebrated a two first-place and one second place victory in 2024 at competition in Gillette, Wyoming.
