Patricia Menard

Hello - Let me introduce myself. I am a licensed real estate agent and my name is Patsy Courage-Menard with Keller Williams Heritage in San Antonio, Texas. I specialize in listing and purchasing residential homes, condos, townhomes and multi-family. I started my career in 1980 as a part time real estate agent for Bob McGuiness Realty. I have worked with several real estate companies throughout the years but have worked full time since the year 2002. I have experience in wills, probate and property taxes. I enjoy meeting new people and the challenge to sell or purchase properties. The education is never ending and so is computer technology. While I was living in Rockport with my husband, we enjoyed coastal living. My hobbies were boating, fishing, yoga on the beach, walking the dogs and evening steak, fish & shrimp cookouts and a bond fire. Now that I have returned to San Antonio, my new hobbies, are walking, exercising, bingo, jewelry making and senior center activities. Referrals are always appreciated.
