Nancy Vasquez

Nancy Vasquez is a San Antonio native with extensive knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. A bilingual Realtor fluent in both English and Spanish, she grew up in North San Antonio and graduated from Robert E. Lee in 2007. Currently residing in Northwest San Antonio with her husband, three daughters, and two boxer pups, she enjoys reading, exploring trails in local parks with her family, and supporting her daughters’ martial arts training as an active Jiu Jitsu mom. Nancy joined the Keller Williams Heritage team in early 2017 after earning her real estate license and attending The Real Estate School at SABOR in 2016. Her passion for real estate was ignited after buying her first home in 2010. Understanding that buying or selling a home can be confusing and overwhelming, she believes that professionalism, honesty, and patience are essential to building strong relationships with her clients. Her goal is to secure the best deals for her clients while ensuring they feel enriched by the experience. Aware that this milestone is a special moment in one’s life, she aims to help ease the transition as much as possible. Nancy is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR).
