Leslie Ayala

A graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio, Leslie Yessenia Ayala earned her Real Estate Finance and Development degree from the Alvarez College of Business. As part of her growth, Leslie participated in the Annual CCIM John Vogel Real Estate Development Capstone. While at UTSA, Leslie began her commercial real estate internship with KW Commercial in January of 2015. As a result of her exceptional skills and capabilities, she quickly evolved into a vital part of the team. In her current role, Leslie manages complex real estate scenarios where the situational analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of various business factors. Importantly, she collaborates with civil engineers, architects, lending institutions, real estate attorneys, cities’ economic development staff, and general contractors in acquiring, divesting, and developing commercial real estate. As a commercial real estate generalist, she works with local and foreign-born investors, sellers, and developers to buy and sell CRE investment products such as land, multi-family properties, NNN investments, warehousing, storage units, retail, and medical office buildings.
