Laurie Jarrett leads Simplicity Real Estate Group, where she and her team specialize in supporting clients in navigating their home buying and selling journeys in New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, and throughout the Texas Hill Country. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, working with investors, or managing luxury listings and short-term rental investments, Laurie is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible. Laurie graduated from Texas State University in 2003 with a degree in Mass Communication/Advertising. She began her real estate career in 2005 in Austin, focusing on buyer representation, luxury properties, and investment opportunities. In 2009, Laurie returned to her roots in the San Marcos/New Braunfels area, where she later joined Keller Williams Heritage. Since then, her team has consistently ranked among the Top 20 Producers at Keller Williams Heritage and has earned a spot in the top 100 real estate professionals in San Antonio and 11 counties, as recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal. They’ve also been honored as Platinum Top 50 San Antonio winners for several years and have earned the prestigious KW Luxury designation. Beyond real estate, Simplicity REG is deeply committed to their community. The team is involved in various charitable efforts in New Braunfels and surrounding areas. Their annual charity event, Cornhole for a Cause, has helped raise over $100k for local non-profit organizations. Laurie is also known for her unwavering support of local small businesses. In 2023, she co-founded Align Masterminds Group, which has grown into the largest business networking group in New Braunfels, with over 1,000 members who come together for weekly business masterminds. When she’s not helping clients, mentoring other real estate professionals or supporting the community, you can find Laurie exploring Texas, especially its vibrant live music scene and all the unique travel spots the state has to offer.
