Kaitie grew up on a horse farm in Texas, with close-knit family. Raised with a traveling academic of a father, she had the benefit of seeing many countries, which inspired her to pursue the hospitality industry later in life. A Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston led her to eleven years in the hotel industry. A Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston led her to eleven years in the hotel industry. She moved to the Canyon Lake, TX area with her husband Hank and Great Dane mix Beulah in early 2021. She loves camping, skiing and Texmex. Most of all Kaitie loves working with people.
