Kaitie Moore Underwood

Kaitie grew up on a horse farm in Texas with a close-knit family. Raised by a traveling academic father, she had the benefit of seeing many countries, which inspired her to pursue a career in the hospitality industry later in life. A Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston led her to eleven years in the hotel industry. In 2015, Starwood Hotels & Resorts recognized Kaitie as one of eight company-wide New Voices. Kaitie blossomed under the mantra of exceeding expectations, building relationships, and providing solutions. She moved to the Canyon Lake, TX area with her husband, Hank, and their Great Dane mix, Beulah, in early 2021. She loves camping, skiing, and Tex-Mex, but most of all, Kaitie loves working with people.
