Janet Favela-Ramirez

Janet began her real estate career in 2006 in Lawton, Oklahoma, where she resided in her new life as a military spouse. Relocating with the Army a number of times has allowed her to gain expertise in the relocation process for others. She understands the hardship and stress involved with every move. Before moving to Killeen, Texas, Janet was trained by Jay Kinder, her previous broker, who established himself as one of the top agents in the world, ranking #2 for Coldwell Banker and #1 in the state of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2010. Janet worked at Jay Kinder Real Estate Experts before moving back to central Texas. She is proud to have worked for an established agent with a great background, as it allowed her to grow in knowledge from sales to resales and much more. Originally from San Antonio. Janet is also a mother of three beautiful children and has been married to an active-duty soldier. She enjoys all aspects of Texas living.
