Francheska Rios

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francheska moved to San Antonio and made the Alamo City her home away from home. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico with two degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, and Audiovisual Communications, she dedicated her early career to working with international and local advertising agencies to develop brands and new businesses while pursuing her MBA. Now in San Antonio, her desire to help the Latino community drove her to make a career change and become a REALTOR, serving Spanish speakers whether they are buying their first home or investing in real estate. Her commitment to each client is to ensure they are prepared for the process and to guide them each step of the way with expert advice to secure a great deal. When Fran, as she prefers to be called, is not working with her clients and her 787 Realty Group team, she enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of Texas with her 4-year-old son, husband, friends, and family.
