When I am not assisting clients, I dedicate my time and energy to immersing myself in the real estate market in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area, including the municipalities of Helotes, Fair Oaks, Pipe Creek, Bandera, and Grey Forest. Focusing on residential real estate, I am meticulous and deliberate in my ongoing efforts to understand the market and the intricacies that give me a competitive edge over my competitors. Eric is proud to exclaim: “American by Birth, TEXAN by the Grace of God!” Eric V. Seemann is blessed to be enjoying and thriving in his fourth career since graduating from Michigan State University. Following his assignments on Active Duty with the United States Army, he transitioned to the corporate and banking world with Harland Clarke (formerly Clarke American) while continuing his service to his country in the United States Army Reserve. He wrapped up his third career after fourteen years.
