I started as a Real Estate Agent in Allentown, PA, in 2000. In 2008, I put my license in escrow to return to school and complete a Bachelor's degree in Education. Once I achieved that goal in 2010, I began teaching as a substitute. My family was in San Antonio, and my nephew, who is also a Real Estate Agent, reached out to me and hired me as a transaction coordinator. We moved to San Antonio in 2014, sold our home in Allentown in a short sale, and I started working in Real Estate, managing several transactions at any given time. In 2015, I decided to become a Mobile Notary so I could notarize documents for sellers (including the T-47 form). I continued to educate myself in notarizations and became certified to conduct closings for buyers and sellers throughout San Antonio. In 2020, I decided to become a full-time Mobile Notary, which I still do today. In 2022, I was offered a Transaction Coordinator position at another Real Estate brokerage, which I did for a while, but it wasn't fulfilling. Since I had obtained my Real Estate License, I chose to continue my Real Estate journey. I understand contracts through my Real Estate education and training, just like other agents. Where I stand out is in my ability to understand and complete any type of closing imaginable. I have worked with nearly every title company in the San Antonio area, and many know me by name. I am familiar with the details of various lenders and the programs they offer, thanks to my work as a Notary. This gives me a unique ability to analyze a client's situation and assist them in finding not only the right but the best lending institution for their needs. Most importantly, God has taken me through a season of hardship, both financially and emotionally. When it comes to buying or selling your home, whatever your circumstances may be, with me, there is no judgment. My desire is to be here for you, my client, to lift you up and guide you to the other side so you can begin a fresh season full of hope, j
