Alicia Stumph

Meet Alicia! Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Alicia moved to San Marcos in 2011 to attend Texas State University, where she met her husband, Andrew, and instantly fell in love with the Hill Country. Previously a registered dietitian by trade, it comes as no surprise that Alicia's ultimate passion is to help others. Particularly in real estate, her greatest goal is to educate individuals on wealth building within the industry. To date, Alicia has had the honor of delivering the dream of homeownership to over 50 individuals (…and counting) through first-time home buying and various real estate investing. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with Andrew and their two daughters, as well as entertaining friends and family. She also likes to travel with her family across the United States, watch baseball games (Go Astros!), and manage their own investment properties.
