This floorplan packs alot of punch....pi-yow! Not a huge house, but it has a fantastic open layout with space where it matters. The living room has high ceilings & an open feel. The kitchen is big with alot of cabinet & counter space. Every bedroom has a decent closet for good storage. The master has 2 closets. This home has undergone significant recent remodeling. New LOW-E energy efficient double pane windows were installed, all of the flooring was changed out (beautiful, durable, "wood look" tile in the main living area), both bathrooms were remodeled, ALOT OF ELECTRICAL UPDATES***, granite counters throughout the whole house, new vanities, all the fixtures & faucets were replaced. But we are staying under $300,000 on this place and that is really tough to do around here...especially for a house that looks like this one.
