CAMELOT II

Camelot II is a residential neighborhood in the northeastern part of San Antonio. The neighborhood, near the city of Windcrest, is located in the northeast corridor of Loop 410 and Highway 281 along Interstate 35. Composed of townhomes, duplexes, and single family homes built primarily in the 1970’s, the properties in this neighborhood range in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet and vary in price beginning at $50,000. Large single-family homes in the neighborhood can sell for upwards of $200k. In areas of the neighborhood where the duplexes and townhomes are prevalent, many of the homes are occupied by renters. Right near Camelot II is Kardon Park, which is a great place to spend time enjoying the South Texas warmth. Also near Camelot II is Randolph Air Force Base and major employer Rackspace. Students who live in Camelot II are zoned for North East Independent School District and will likely attend Camelot Elementary, White Middle, and Roosevelt High schools.
