One of the greatest benefits of living in San Antonio is the variety of “things” to see and do. In fact, there are so many San Antonio attractions and events on any given weekend that it can seem overwhelming to choose just one. In this series all pressure is off! Ten fun things to do in San Antonio will be chosen each week to make researching for the next Friday celebration, date night, or family outing a little more simple.

The Experience Hendrix tour pays homage to Jimi Hendrix by performing classic songs by artists who are well versed in guitar, just like Hendrix. Music will be celebrated with different artists like Billy Cox, Buddy Guy, Jonnny Lang, and more as they collaborate and play the music that brought fame to Jimi Hendrix. You won’t want to miss this rare event, as it is sure to be a remarkable show.

There are hundreds of pizza places scattered around San Antonio; however, Dough is the only one with authentic Neapolitan techniques, complete with a wood-burning oven shipped over from Italy. The Food Network’s Guy Fieri has eaten at the pizzeria and claims it to be “the real deal.” Texas Monthly also named it one of the top ten new restaurants in the state. Whatever you end up ordering, it will be a little slice of heaven.
