Though winter months are typically a slow time in real estate, San Antonio homes over $1,000,000 sold particularly well during Q1 of 2016. As with the trends of the past several years, Keller Williams offices around the city held their own in the purchase and sale of these astounding luxury properties. Between January and March 2016, multiple Keller Williams offices in and around San Antonio listed and sold 15 homes valued at over $1,000,000, totaling nearly $24 million in real estate transactions. Among the sales included a $2.6 million iconic estate boasting an English manor style garden and historical charm in Terrell Hills. One of our most noteworthy sales, a sprawling estate in Cordillera Ranch, sold for $3.5 million and offered backyard access to the Guadalupe River, incredible design features, and awe inspiring sunset views.
