Significant Sales- First Quarter, 2015

Typically a slow time in real estate, San Antonio was not lacking in the sale of homes over $750,000 during Q1 of 2015. And, as with the trends of previous quarters, Keller Williams offices around the city held their own in the purchase and sale of these luxury homes. Between January and March 2015, multiple Keller Williams offices in and around San Antonio represented the buyers and sellers of 11 homes valued at over $750,000, totaling nearly $10.5 million dollars in real estate transactions. Among the sales included a $925,000 historical home, built in 1924, boasting Spanish mission style architecture in historic Monte Vista. One of our most noteworthy sales, a sprawling estate in Anaqua Springs, sold for $1.485 million and offered breathtaking views and incredible design features.
