Above & Beyond: KW San Antonio Realtors Recognized as Industry Leaders

KW San Antonio is home to many top-producing, award-winning agents. But along with the annual sales awards they earn, KW San Antonio agents are often recognized for their leadership both in the real estate industry and the local community.

As we wrap up the last quarter of 2017, we celebrate our amazing Realtors who have been recognized in San Antonio.

San Antonio Women’s Council of Realtors, Executive Board Members

The Women’s Council of Realtors is a nationwide community of 16,000 real estate professionals (the twelfth largest U.S. women’s professional organization). Last week, the newly elected executive board positions of the  San Antonio Chapter of the WCR were installed, with two out of the six positions filled by KW San Antonio Realtors.

For the 2018 year,  Cathy Heshmat (pictured bottom left) has been named president and  Gail Lamb (pictured bottom right) has been named director of membership. Both of these exceptional women are Realtors with Keller Williams San Antonio. Heshmat and the other executive board members will represent one of 26 WCR chapters in Texas.

San Antonio Board of Realtors, Good Neighbor Award

Presented by the San Antonio Board of Realtors at their annual awards and installation ceremony, the Good Neighbor Award recognizes Realtors® in San Antonio who have dedicated countless volunteer hours to help others. This year’s Good Neighbor Award winner,  Roslyn Casey (pictured below), is no stranger to philanthropy, serving as an example of how Realtors® reach out in service to help their communities.

Committed to a lifetime of community volunteering, Roz is extremely active in various San Antonio service organizations. A thirty-year member of the San Antonio Junior League, Life Member of the San Antonio Live Stock Show and Rodeo, and a member of The Alamo Kiwanis Club of San Antonio, community involvement has always been an important part of her life.

With a belief that there is no better feeling than helping others, Roz is heavily involved in Keller Williams Heritage’s 501(c)(3),  Hearts and Hands. Serving as president of the organization, Roz helps the non-profit fulfill its mission to provide financial assistance to a variety of other 501(c)(3) organizations in the San Antonio and surrounding community areas through fundraising and donations.
