The McNay Art Museum is hosting an exclusive look under the hoods of ten incredible 1950s and ‘60s cars to celebrate the end of their exhibit “American Dreams: Classic Cars and Postwar Paintings.” Step back in time for Hoods Up! Cars and Cocktails, an evening of hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and 1950s era live music.

Do you have what it takes to survive? Get your heart pumping at the Smithsonian affiliate, the Witte Museum, with their newest exhibit: Survival. Challenge yourself to master the skills and confidence necessary to survive in any environment or situation. Survival transports museum-goers to the world’s most extreme environments, from the extreme cold of the high mountains to the tropical unknown of the rainforest, and combines hands-on challenges with STEM concepts.
