Lakeside is a mid-sized neighborhood on the far east side of San Antonio. This master planned community rests on the southeast corner of Loop 410 and Highway 87 (Rigsby Ave). Here you will find lovely and modern homes at an affordable price, making this neighborhood great for first time homeowners, or a young family looking for a San Antonio house at a cost that is within reason. An average 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home here is $160,000, and not many homes reach over the $200,000 mark.
