Built in the 1970's, not only do we know these bones are solid, it boast many of it's original features, only enhanced by a layer of paint or two along with some updates throughout to make the space more functional. Walking into the home, you're greeted by a spacious family room and will immediately notice it's beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and original built ins along its sides. Just aside from the family room and being used as a sitting area, is the original formal dining, your space for whatever you desire. The kitchen has a gas range, plenty of cabinet/counter space and a 5x6 island used as a breakfast bar. Some years ago, an extension was professionally done to give a true formal dining space which leads out to the beautifully wooded back yard, my absolute favorite part of the home.
