Beautiful, remodeled home in Monte Vista Historic District. House was remodeled down to the studs in 2020. In 2020 the plumbing (drains under the house), electrical and roof were replaced. The stem wall foundation was leveled in the back of the home. Blown in insulation was added to the attic and all exterior walls. Insulation was added between all bedrooms for sound reduction. All installed lighting is LED with Decora type plugs and switches, Leviton power smart switches. The kitchen was reconfigured with solid wood upper cabinets and lower soft close drawers. A wall was removed between the kitchen and dining for an open feel. The family room ceiling was vaulted and a gas fireplace added. The front door and hardware was restored. The two arches in the living room theme were carried throughout the home on all replaced doors. Six channel surround sound was installed in family room and 2 exterior speakers. On the east side of the house the bedrooms were reconfigured from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. The secondary full bath was updated with tub, cabinets, quartz counters and tile tub surround. A powder bath was added in the hallway. LED non-fog heated mirror(s) were installed in all 3 baths. The elegant master bath has quartz dual vanities and a 7 x 3 walk in shower and linen cabinet. The air-conditioning was reconfigured for balanced air in all rooms. A 5-ton 16 SEER 2 stage AC condenser was added with gas heat. Dual zone wireless transmitters, Outside, a wrought iron electric driveway gate was installed. Security cameras with hard drive were added on all four sides of the house. In the back yard a 4 foot fence was installed between the house and garage. Sod was installed along with a fully automatic sprinkler system.
