1019 College Street

Fully restored historic home originally built around 1910. The original structure may have been moved to the site. The house was fully restored in 2018-2019. The structure was taken back to the studs and original flooring and rebuilt. The roof structure, roof deck, first floor joists and flooring, exterior siding, interior walls, electrical, mechanical and plumbing was replaced. All wood siding, flooring, trim and doors were replaced with materials that was historically correct. The house was insulated with open cell foam insulation and sealed with modern procedures and materials. The garage and apartment were built new and completed in 2021.
