With over 1,600 agents and counting, it’s fair to say Keller Williams San Antonio has its share of incredible agents. While many of the agents are top-producing, wow-inspiring business owners, a few are making the cut as some of San Antonio’s top real estate agents, as recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal.
In April agents in and around the Alamo City were recognized in multiple categories as the Top Real Estate Agents in the San Antonio Business Journal’s Best in Residential Real Estate lists. This annual publication honors the best and the brightest, shining a spotlight on the achievements and efforts of these extraordinary agents. These agents are recognized as hard working and dedicated, closing an outstanding number of transactions due to the commitment to their craft.
The Business Journal received many nominations for this year's Residential Real Estate Awards, with the winners determined by their total sales volume in each category. Out of the 182 spots on the lists, including the top 25 luxury agents, top 6 luxury agent teams, top 100 residential agents, and top 51 residential agent teams, nearly a quarter of the individuals and teams recognized were Keller Williams San Antonio associates.
Many KW San Antonio real estate agents were ranked within the top ten of their respective categories and even more saw their ranking improve from the 2016 list. At least 20 agents landed on the lists for the first time this year.
